Cop dies in accident

BIRATNAGAR, May 13: Traffic Sub-Inspector Ajit Biswas died after a motorcycle (Ko 3 Pa 2544) he was riding was hit by a truck (Ko 1 Kha 1247) at Kanchanbari, Biratnagar, on Thursday morning.

Biswas, who was critically injured after the accident, was rushed to Nobel Medical College for treatment, but be passed away on the way.

Police have arrested the truck driver and impounded the truck.
