Taking to media persons in Birgunj on Tuesday morning, Minister Gupta said that the major parties has made an agreement to form national consensus government and stressed all parties for joining the present government as there are rare chances of selecting new leadership in the present political situation.[break]
He claimed that the peace process has reached in final phase and added constitution will be promulgated in the slated timeframe.
