KATHMANDU, March 9; Micromax has launched Canvas Xpress A99 handset in the Nepali market. Issuing a statement on Sunday, the company said that the phone runs on Android’s latest Lollipop OS. “This is the first time any phone has offered 5.0 inbuilt Lollipop OS without having to upgrade,” the statement claimed.

The phone runs on 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and has 4.5” FWVGA IPS touch screen. Similarly, it has 5MP AF primary camera and a 0.3 MP front camera. The phone has 8 GB internal memory and 1 GB Ram. It supports external memory of up to 32 GB. Canvas Xpress A99 is available at Rs 12,815.
