Birgunj ambulance strike ends

BIRGUNJ, March 9: Ambulance services in Birgunj have resumed from 1:30 p.m. Monday. They had announced strike on Saturday protesting against Friday´s vandalizing of an ambulance by Tharu activists near Birgunj. They organized a press conference in Birgunj Monday to announce the withdrawal of the strike.
