KATHMANDU, Nov 5: National Sports Council (NSC) appointed former taekwondo player Sangina Baidya as the chief assistant coach of the sports' governing body.
NNIPA objects to Shakya’s sudden sacking as assistant coach
The first Nepali player to qualify in the Olympic Games, the Asian silver medalist and South Asian Games gold medalist Baidya received the letter of appointment of the assistant head coach on Thursday.
Nabin Upreti, director of training department of NSC, handed over the letter. The NSC appointed Baidya for the post on Tuesday.
