ANFA to motivate players with Rs 30,000 cash award

KATHMANDU, march 19: All Nepal Football Association on Thursday said that it will award Rs 30,000 each to the members of the FIFA World Cup 2018 and 2019 AFC Asian Cup Preliminary Joint Qualification Round squad.
According to the association's Facebook page, it was giving away the cash award to motivate the players. Nepal crashed out of the joint qualification round following its 2-0 loss in away leg, before settling for a goalless stalemate in home leg against India.
