Man dies in tipper accident
CHITWAN: Ash Bahadur Lama lost his life on his way to hospital after his vehicle went off the road and fell 100 meter down, District Police Office, Chitwan said.
The tipper (Ga 1 Kha 1545), which was heading to Mugling from Naraynghat, fell down the road at around 5.30 am Thursday.
The driver´s assistant, Rak Kumar Lama, 19 sustained injuries and is undergoing treatment at Chitwan Medical College, Bharatpur.
House gutted
ITAHARI: A fire that started from firecrackers set off by children gutted the house of Ganesh Parajuli of Sundarpur in Morang on Wednesday night. The fire destroyed everything including the house, clothes and food that Parajuli owned. Parajuli, his wife and children survived the fire.
