According to police, the bus, Ba 3 Kha 87, heading to Kathmandu from Ramechhap and the tipper, Ba 6 Kha 6689 collided head-on.
District Police Office, Sindhuli, said among injured, two are critical. Police said all the injured are undergoing treatment at Dhulikhel Hospital, adding they have impounded both the vehicles.
