Speaking to media persons at the Maoist Parliamentary Party Office in Singha Durbar Dahal said, “we are seriously moving forward towards make a conducive environment and firmly believe that implementation of the five-point deal will happen soon." [break]
He also stressed the fact that after the agreement Maoist have forgone the dual security system, vehicles with two registration plates and have held regular meetings of the subcommittee to settle contentious issues in the new constitution.
He also accused Nepali Congress (NC) of showing lack of commitment regarding implementation of the five-point deal.
Dahal suggested the presence of NC Chairman Sushil Koirala in all interaction programs and press conferences.
The five-point deal was signed by the top three parties on May 28.
