Chairman Dahal clarified that the issue of MCC has been resolved for the time being. "The MCC dispute has been settled for the time being," he said.

Dahal, who came to Biratnagar to participate in the province-level cadre training program that started on Sunday, clarified that the interpretative declaration was ratified by the House of Representatives as part of the agreement. Dahal said that even though there was no consensus within the party on the issue of MCC, it was agreed to move forward with the same stance till the election.

He clarified that there is no possibility of coordination with UML in the current situation. He said that there was no electoral coordination with the Oli faction as there was only negative thinking in the UML. Dahal said that they plan to contest the election on their own if there is no consensus among the parties of the current ruling alliance.

He said, "We are building the capacity to contest the election on our own rather than tying up with others."
