The marijuana was seized from a sugarcane field at Bhujahawa VDC of the district. Bhagawan Malla, Superintendent of the Armed Police Force, said the contraband was hidden with the purpose of exporting to India.
The seized marijuana has been kept at the District Police Office for further investigation.
