A committee led by National Planning Commission (NPC) Vice Chairman Min Bahadur Shrestha, formed to look into the possible modality for developing Kathmandu-Tarai Fast Track Road Project, study whether the DPR prepared by the IL&FS could be of any use, and find possible sources of financing, submitted its report to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Monday.
