SYANGJA, Oct 25: The hailstones coupled with rain occurred in Syangja has destroyed orange worth Rs 20 million plus in different areas of the district, according to the details collected from the Prime Minister Agriculture Modernization Project, Project Implementation Unit (Orange Super Zone).

DHADNG, April 29: A sudden gust followed by heavy rainfall and hailstorms this week destroyed much of the crops and vegetables in Dhading district. Especially Gajuri Rural Municipality ward 7 and 8 have been hit the most.

NUWAKOT, Nov 4: Paddy and vegetable farms belonging to 1,800 households in Nuwakot district have been damaged by last week's hailstones, according to a report of District Agricultural Development Office (DADO), Nuwakot.

BHAKTAPUR, Oct 30: Heavy rain and hailstones on Sunday night have damaged ready-to-harvest paddy as well as other crops in Bhaktapur.
