Ex-constable who helped drug dealer escape from police custody arrested after 16 years

KATHMANDU, Jan 26: The Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office has arrested a former police constable after 16 years on the charge of helping a drug dealer escape from police custody. He was made public on Friday morning.
