Home ministry introduces online pass system to enter Singha Durbar

KATHMANDU, April 29: Singha Durbar, the country's main administrative center, is adopting an easy and technology-friendly approach to entry management. For this purpose, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) has announced the introduction of an online entry pass system called the Singhadurbar Smart Gate Pass.
