KATHMANDU, Sept 11: General Secretary of the main opposition Nepali Congress Shashank Koirala has accused Prime Minister Oli of trying to impose dictatorship by controlling all the state powers.

The ongoing elections turned into a referendum when two major left parties, UML and Maoists, formed an alliance, with the ultimate goal of imposing communist rule.
