KATHMANDU, Nov 23: Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has been unanimously elected as a delegate to the party's upcoming 14th General Convention.

KATHMANDU, May 30: The government has allocated 17 percent of the total budget, or Rs 225 billion, to 744 local units for the coming Fiscal Year 2017/18.
