LAHAN, Dec 6: The bomb disposal squad of the Nepalese Army has deactivated a socket bomb found this morning at Gothtol of Lahan Municipality-9 in Siraha district.

BHAKTAPUR, Dec 2: A bomb disposal squad of Nepal Army defused an improvised explosive device (IED) found near Sinai English School at Madhyapur Thimi Municipality-4 in the district on Saturday morning.

JHAPA, Nov 25: A bomb disposal team of Nepal Army (NA) defused a bomb planted at the main gate of CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli's home in Damak.  The NA team from 21 Number Brigade defused the bomb this morning in Oli's residence in Damak of the district.

LAMJUNG, Nov 18: An Improvised Explosive Device or IED was found planted in the Lamjung district headquarters today at a time when an election campaign was going on in a peaceful manner. The NA personnel defused the IED planted near Hospital Chowk in Bensisahara Municipality-8.

KATHMANDU, June 28: The voting in the second phase of local level elections is taking place peacefully across the 35 districts in province 1, 5 and 7. The government has deployed 163,000 security personnel, including Nepal Police, Armed Police Force and Nepal Army.

GAIGHAT (Udayapur), May 3: Six socket bombs found near the residence of a farmer at Sirbani village of Udayapur Ghadi Village Council – 2 were defused on Tuesday.
