Decapitated body of the newborn a dog was pictured carrying at Surkhet Hospital identified

KARNALI, April 5: The corpse of a newborn baby pictured while a dog was carrying it in its mouth on the premises of the Surkhet Provincial Hospital on Saturday has been identified. The identity of the decapitated body was revealed after a police investigation.
