Japan hands over classroom building to Shree Himalaya Secondary School in Sankhuwasabha District

KATHMANDU, Feb 29: The Government of Japan handed over a classroom building to Shree Himalaya Secondary School (SHSS) in Makalu Rural Municipality, Sankhuwasabha District amid a ceremony on February 28. The new building was constructed with an assistance of USD 185,971 (approximately NPR 23.2 million) under the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGP).

Kathmandu, October 20: Ambassador of Japan to Nepal, KIKUTA Yutaka signed a grant contract with President of NPO Nepal Volunteer Social Service, Lakpa Nurbu Sherpa, for building new classrooms at Shree Himalaya Secondary School in Sankhuwasabha District amid a ceremony held at the Embassy of Japan in Kathmandu on Thursday.
