KATHMANDU, August 25: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Nepal Chairman Kamal Thapa has said that the efforts of Mayor Balendra Shah (Balen) to demolish the illegal structures built inside the Kathmandu Metropolitan City and make the country's capital clean and beautiful are commendable.
