KATHMANDU, Aug 19: India has agreed to import an additional 251 MW of electricity from Nepal at a time when the Himalayan country has been requesting its southern neighbor to expand its purchase volume.

KATHMANDU, Oct 16: Bangladesh is going to purchase 50 MW of electricity from Nepal. Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina informed about the matter during a courtesy meeting with the Ambassador of Nepal to Bangladesh, Ghanshyam Bhandari, on Tuesday.
