KATHMANDU, March 14: Maoist factions’ discussions with civic leaders and intellectuals scheduled to be held today has been postponed. Sriram Dhakal, chief secretary of the Central Office of the Maoist Center said that the discussion program was postponed due to the inability to manage the venue.

Various factions of the parties that follow the Maoist ideology are going to discuss the comprehensive peace agreement with the intellectuals and civil society leaders.
