Man* dies in Ghattaghar after truck hits and drags scooter stopped by traffic police

KATHMANDU, Aug 15: A man died on the spot when a truck hit and dragged her scooter which was stopped by traffic police in Ghattaghar, Bhaktapur on Thursday. The truck (Na 6 Ba 2173) struck the scooter (Ba 49 Pa 8944) after the vehicle was stopped by police for inspection.
