Besides preparing for the 2010’s edition of Women In Concert and helping her better half in his business, choreographer of various Miss Nepal Pageants, Sharma even manages to offer advices for college students for their image building. “We women have this amazing power to multi-task and at the same time balance our professional and personal life,” says Sharma.
While women occupy themselves with yoga and gym to remain fit, Sharma has a different indulgence for herself. Playing soccer and basketball or taking a stroll or even attending to carwash with her daughters help her loose those calories.
“No one is perfect but one can get better with the different experiences in life,” says Sharma. So here we bring you a peek-a-boo in her life’s dos and don’t and the balancing act of a mother and a professional woman.

DOs
1) Everyone knows what to eat, how to dress and how to take care of themselves but the thing is they do not implement them in their life. One should not neglect the self when it comes to enjoy life and try to have a fresh view on self perception.
2) Everyone has their own style and taste. So, following fashion is not necessary but one should always dress appropriately in accordance with time and place.
3) It is not only mothers. Everyone has a hectic life but what one should learn is the timing for e.g. when I read, my daughters read along with me. Thus, instead of blaming insufficient time for yourself and your children, start managing time, which will obviously help.
4) Couples need to know each other after marriage as well. People change with circumstances and so do their hobbies. So to keep your love life sparkle, update yourself about your better half’s hobbies.
DON’Ts
1) Everyone has their ups and downs in life. Usually, people feed on their emotions, when they are feeling low and they end up eating a lot or completely ignore the food. Don’t do this.
2) Don’t do any thing for the heck of doing it. Love and enjoy even the small things you do. Like I enjoy my time when I pedicure and manicure.
3) For mothers, don’t worry if your children don’t listen to you. Worry that they are always watching you. Your action speaks louder to them. So whether you are in a middle of work or no matter what you are doing, it is very important to listen to your children.
4) People tend to spend their valuable time coveting for someone else’s life and wishing things were different. Don’t complain and compare. It just adds negativity.
