BHAKTAPUR, May 7: A person was hacked to death this morning with a khukuri at Kaushaltar of Madhyapur Thimi Municipality – 3.
Saurav Subedi, 32, a native of Tamungduwa – 3 of Jhapa, and currently a tenant at the house of Colonel Ananda Singh Bhat, was attacked with khukuri (a traditional Nepali sword) in his room by Paras Koirala, 19, a nephew by relation, said Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Shyam Oliya of Metropolitan Police Circle, Thimi.
Subedi died on the way to B&B Hospital for treatment. Police have launched a search to find Koirala, who remains on the run. RSS
