Gangaram Mandal Khatwe, 21, of Aurahi Rural Municipality-2, was booked from Naraha Rural Municipality-7. He has been accused of shooting and killing Subash Yadav, 17, of Dhangadhimai Municipality-6 of Siraha on February 20. The victim died while undergoing treatment at Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH), Patna, on February 21.
