PACHTHAR, Nov 17: A youth who was on the run after allegedly killing his lover 12 years ago has finally been arrested.

Bikas Rai of Falaichan-7 in Pachthar, was accused of murdering his 20-year-old love interest, Manisha Begha, hailing from the same place. The dead body of Manisha was recovered from Singhadevi forest with head injury on September 3, 2004.
Rumor of love affair between Rai and Manisha had once swirled in the village. The accused has been remanded in custody and further investigation into the incident was forwarded, said DSP Nakul Pokharel. RSS
