JANAKPURDHAM, March 21: A young man has been killed by strangulation in Dhanusha. According to the police, 18-year-old Kaif Nadaf, a local, was killed by his friend in a mango orchard located in Janaknandani Rural Municipality-2.
The police have arrested two people on the charge of being involved in the murder.
Hard work instead of education
According to DSP Ranjan Awa of the District Police Office, Dhanusha, when Kaif went to have a beer with a friend at around 10:30 pm, two friends strangled Nadaf's throat due to a dispute over watching a video on his mobile phone.
The seriously injured Nadaf was rushed to India for treatment. After he succumbed to his injuries and passed at 2 o'clock in the night during treatment, the body was brought home.
The police have arrested 30-year-old Sehmat Nadaf and 22-year-old Zakis Nadaf. DSP Awa said that a thorough investigation into the incident is underway.
