On Wednesday evening, Basanta bought a metal chain for Rs 50 from a local fair organized in the village on the occasion of Dashain festival. Dipak, one of the suspects and friend of Basanta, took the chain for a photo. Later, Basanta asked him to return the chain, but he refused leading to a quarrel.
