KATHMANDU, June 13: Two young individuals were found dead at a hotel in Gongabu, Kathmandu. The lifeless body of a young woman and man was found this morning at the Green Nepal Hotel, situated in Tokha Municipality-9.
Superintendent of Police Sitaram Rijal, the spokesperson for Kathmandu Police Range, revealed that a boy and a girl were found hanging in the bathroom of the Green Nepal Hotel, located in Tokha Municipality-9.
Woman found dead in a hotel in Gongabu, one arrested
The deceased have been identified as Dinesh Sarki, a resident of Gorkha Saheed Lakhan Rural Municipality-1, and Muskaan, hailing from Damauli, Tanahun Byas Municipality-10.
The incident came to light when hotel staff went to deliver food but received no response from the room's occupants. Subsequently, they promptly alerted the authorities, who proceeded to forcibly enter the room. Tragically, they found the young woman hanging in the room, while the young man was found in the bathroom, also hanging.
The investigation is currently underway, according to the police.
