KATHMANDU, March 12: Vice President Candidate Ramsahay Prasad Yadav has reached the election officer's office to answer the complaint against him.

CPN-UML candidate Ashtalaxmi  Shakya and Janamat Party candidate Mamta Jha have filed a complaint against Yadav.

The election officer's office has made a schedule to examine the complaint and make a decision by 12 noon today and to publish the final list of candidates by 5 pm. Therefore, Yadav appeared at the election officer's office with the claim that the complaint against him be rejected.

Ramsahay Prasad Yadav and Pramila Kumari Yadav of Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP)  and Mamta Jha of Janmat Party have filed their candidature from the ruling parties. Ashtalaxmi Shakya has been nominated on behalf of the CPN-UML.

The schedule is to give the candidates a chance to withdraw their candidature today, to publish the final list at 5 pm and to hold the election on March 17.
