The deceased has been identified as Dhanu Kumari Pradhan, 27, of Bandipur-1 of Dumbre bazaar. She was struck by a boulder when the landslide crushed her home. [break]
She was in the kitchen with her husband Dinesh Pradhan at the time of the mishap. Her husband has currently been receiving treatment at local Laxmi Hospital in Dumbre.
