LAHAN, Feb 25: A woman died in an attack by a he-buffalo at Aurahi Pipra VDC of Siraha district Friday night.
The stray animal attacked Musarni Devi Shah,65, of ward no. 1 of the VDC at her home. She succumbed to the injuries on the way to the hospital, District Police Office said.
In a similar incident, Anita Chaudhary,40, of Lahan municipality-15 was injured after being attacked by a he-buffalo at the Dhodhana river bank.

Chaudhary was returning home from the market when she came under attack of the animal. She is undergoing treatment at the Friends Model Hospital in Lahan, police said. RSS
