The deceased has been identified as as Leela Kumari Chaudhary, 40.
According to the preliminary investigation by police, somebody might have murdered Chaudhary and dumped her in the canal.
The body of Chaudhary has been sent to BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences for postmortem, according to the District Police Office, Sunsari. RSS
