BAITADI, June 3: A woman staying in a quarantine facility in Dadeldhura passed away on Tuesday night.
Sabita BK, 30, of Ganyapdhura Rural Municipality-2, breathed her last shortly after she fell unconscious while she was on her way to the toilet, according to Ward Chairman Ganyapdhura Rural Municipality-2 Indra Bahadur Karki. He said that the woman did not report any health issues while a team of the local unit visited the quarantine for inspection.
BK arrived in Dadeldhura from India some four days ago and was staying in the quarantine set up at Asigram Basic School, Raunakot with her husband and two children. Her husband, Purna BK also said that she did not have any health problems.
Her swab sample is being collected for COVID-19 test, according to ward Chairman Karki.
