Bhaktapur, Jan 5: Police have arrested a woman along with 13.5 kilogrammes of marijuana from Pipalbot of Changunarayan municipality-6 in Bhaktapur district.
A joint team of Narcotics Control Bureau and Metropolitan Police Range, Bhaktapur, arrested Purnimaya Tamang along with this quantity of marijuana from her house.

Spokesperson at the Metropolitan Police Range, Deputy Superintendent Krishna Prasain said that Tamang was arrested with the marijuana, acting on tip-off that she used to sell it from her own room.
Investigation into the case was underway and she has been held at Metropolitan Police Range, Bhaktapur, said Prasain.
