‘Hijo Aaja Ka Kura’, which most of the people know Panta by, aired during mid 90s. It went on for 565 episodes. Despite being aired on a fortnightly basis, the serial was an instant hit among the Nepali audience. The serial involved day to day stories of a common man. “Since we involved stories of different jatras and festivals that were relevant, the show was liked so much by the audience. ” said the veteran actor.
