According to the data released by the health ministry, Nepal’s COVID-19 test positive rate docks around 45 percent. Therefore, most hospitals that treat corona patients are choke-full.
Teku hospital’s excellent performance during COVID-19 pandemic
As we reached Sukraraj Tropical and Infectious Disease Hospital in Kathmanud’s Teku on Thursday afternoon, the situation was alarming. All beds were occupied. No space was seen in the corona ward. While some patients’ relatives and attendants were busy finding and asking for beds, some others were praying for their dear ones’ lives.
