Addressing the attendees of Bagmati Cleanup Campaign on Saturday morning at Tilganga in the capital city, the Prime Minister said new constitution would ensure rights of people of all regions, and women, indigenous and Janatati communities.

Stating that priority should be given to constitution writing instead of the agitations, Prime Minister Koirala said that the country cannot bear the agitations.
As people are in need for peace, constitution, development and economic prosperity, PM Koirala said the government was working by keeping the same agendas in the centre to meet the people's expectations.
On the occasion, Koirala said that the Bagmati Cleanup should be a common campaign of all.
Ring Road cleanup campaign begins from Saturday

Chief Justice Ram Kumar Prasad Shah, Minister for General Administration Lal Babu Pandit and a large number of commoners were present at Tilganga area.
Likewise, CPN-UML leader and former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal said the campaigns to clean up other rivers of the country also should be initiated like that of Bagmati river.
Leader Nepal, who joined the Bagmati Cleanup Campaign at Shankhamul area this morning, said that the campaign launched for Bagmati clean up has delivered a positive message for other development works too. Likewise, UML senior leader Jhalanath Khanal and other leaders attended the mega campaign at Balkhu area.
Meanwhile, Nepali Congress Vice-President Ram Chandra Poudel-led team of the Nepali Congress (NC) joined the mega campaign at Sanepa area.
Poudel, NC spokesperson Dilendra Prasad Badu, chief secretary Rishikesh Tiwari, NC lawmakers and others attended the human chain on the riverbank at Sanepa this morning.
On the occasion, Vice-President Poudel said that all should have a common interest and goal for the constitution writing like that of unity in Bagmati cleanup.

"We have to open up routes for country's socio-economic transformation by joining hands together constitution in constitution writing like ours' unity in Bagmati cleanliness," Poudel added.
Similarly, UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal reached Tinkune area in the capital and joined the symbolic 'human chain' that encircled the Bagmati River from Sundarijal to Chovar on the occasion of the 100th week of cleanup campaign.
UCPN (Maoist) senior leader and former Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai also attended the mega campaign on the occasion.
Talking briefly to journalists, chairman Dahal said the campaign would turn an effective step to revive the Bagmati River to its earlier state.
The mega campaign would inspire one and all in maintaining the freshness and keeping the river and the surrounding clean, Dahal said.
Chairman Dahal expressed his hope that the greater campaign would give power for the national unity and move forward in the constitution writing process.
Likewise, CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli said that all country people should remain committed to the cleanup campaign of Bagmati River as it is the source of the country's civilization.
Chairman Oli, who reached at Thapathali to join the mega campaign for the Bagmati clean up, said that country's pride and dignity would increase if environment was made clean.
He said a new message should be delivered to the country people and entire the world by proper management of the wastes.
The UML Chairman also urged all to give continuity to the Bagmati cleanliness campaign.
