KATHMANDU, August 22: A well-wisher has gifted a bicycle to Harka Sampang, the mayor of Dharan Sub-metropolitan city.
Mayor Sampang posted a photo on social media today and said that a well-wisher living in Scotland gifted him a bicycle two days ago.
