Weather predicted to be generally clear in hilly areas today

KATHMANDU, Jan 29: The weather is generally clear in the hilly areas of Gandaki Province, Karnali Province and Sudurpaschim Province, while the weather is generally clear, according to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology.

In the afternoon, the weather is said to be generally clear in the rest of the region with partial to moderate showers in Sudurpaschim Province and Karnali Province. There is a possibility of light rain/snowfall at one or two places in Sudurpaschim Province and Karnali Province.

The weather will be generally clear in Province 1, Karnali Province and Sudurpaschim Province with partly to moderate showers in other provinces. There is a possibility of light rain at one or two places in Sudurpaschim Province and Karnali Province.

The DHM said that there is a possibility of light snowfall in a few places in the high hilly and Himalayan areas of Far Western Province and Karnali Province.
