Speaking to media persons at Dipayal on Sunday, Dahal said, “The country´s success depends on the development of Seti and Mahakali zones.” He then went to claim that his party would do everything possible to expedite development in the two zones. [break]
“Even during the earlier elections, our party had prioritized the development of Seti, Mahakali and Karnali zones but we could not materialize our plans as we were not in majority,” claimed Dahal. He said his party also has come up with special plans for the development of marginalized and backward communities.
Meanwhile, addressing a function in Dadeldhura, Dahal said, “The constitution would be drafted by the new Constituent Assembly (CA) at any cost.” He also said that the contentious political issued would be put to vote if the political parties represented in the new CA fail to forge consensus on these issues within six months of the November election.
