BIRATNAGAR, June 26: With the second-phase local level elections slated for June 28 just around the corner, voters have been lining up since early morning to take their Voter Identity Card(VIC) necessary in casting votes in Biratnagar Metropolitan City.
Voters have reached their respective polling stations located in different 19 wards of Biratnagar Metropolitan City.
