At a programme organized by Marwari Sewa Samiti in the capital today, the Vice-President said that harmony among the people of all ethnic and cultural communities was unparallel in the country. [break]
The programme was organized on the completion of the 100th series of Marwari programme ´Apado Nepal Apado Gaurav´ from the Himalayan Television. Vice-President Jha urged all people to unite to maintain the tradition of cooperation and goodwill, and unity in diversity.
On the occasion, the Vice-President urged the Marwari community to join the active politics besides business and social services. During the programme, industrialist Rajendra Khetan and Chairman of Himalayan Television Lalit Kumar Agrawal said that members of the Marwari community were active in social sectors as well.
