KATHMANDU, Feb 8: Ncell has said that it has launched ‘Valentine offer’ for its customers.

Under the offer, customers can make call to their paired Ncell numbers at 50 paisa (excluding tax) per minute and get 50 percent discount on personal ring back tone (PRBT) service.
Ncell has said that discount on PRBT service is for selected ring back tone. Customers can also send 100 SMS for free to their paired number under the offer. The offer will be valid until February 22, a statement issued by Ncell said.
