KATHMANDU, Dec 24: The US government has provided an additional 664,560 doses of the Pfizer vaccine to Nepal under the COVAX facility. The vaccines have arrived in Nepal.
According to the US Embassy in Nepal, available vaccines will be a priority for school going students and will be rolled out to schools across Nepal. “Every vaccine counts – they save lives. And keeping Nepali kids safe & healthy is something we’ll always commit to, as we have for nearly 75 years,” tweeted US Ambassador to Nepal, Randy Berry.
