UPCN (Maoist) lawmakers withdraw amendment proposal

KATHMANDU, Sept 13: The Constituent Assembly (CA) members of UCPN (Maoist) have withdrawn amendment proposal to the constitution bill registered earlier.

They had withdrawn the proposal prior to the CA meeting today.According to vice spokesperson of CA Secretariat Sudharshan Kuikel the UCPN (Maoist) lawmakers had withdrawn the personal amendment proposal.

Prabhu Sah and Santa Kumar Tharu, among others, of the UCPN (Maoist) had registered the proposal.
