Kathmandu District Court had released Rai with the bail amount of Rs 11,000.[break]
Police had arrested Rai from the Casino on the charge of his involvement on the incident of May 9 and had kept nine days at Hanumandhoka.
Gyanu Man Dangol, Treasurer of the Unit was also injured in the incident.
Rai told to RSS that he was arrested on the pressure of some leaders to entrap him deliberately but the District Court gave him justice.
