The mass rallies will be held beginning from March 4.[break]
The committee in a news conference said it has formed a Valley Management Committee coordinated by CPN-UML leader Rajendra Shrestha for the preparation of the mass rally, its coordination and monitoring.
The committee would prepare and distribute leaflets, pamphlets, and paste posters to intensify publicity works for the council meeting on March 4.
UML leader and Coordinator of the committee Shrestha claimed the mass rally will be organized to institutionalize democracy and take peace and constitution writing process to its logical conclusion.
The committee has organized cultural programs and corner meetings since February 10, organize motorcycle rally, race rally, and build welcome gates in the last week of February.
